11 mind blowing hidden factors of website to Show audience Love

Whilst every one's visual tastes are different, there are several universal principles that successful websites embody. We've distilled these down for you into a simple list of critical success factors. As the web matures, visitors come to your site with higher expectations. Failing to satisfy those expectations can dramatically reduce the effectiveness of your website.

11 mind blowing  hidden factors of website to Show audience Love

With this famous saying, Bill Gates recently emphasized the importance of web for the entrepreneurs in the first decade of the 21st century. Today, anyone searching the Internet thinks about a trade. The development of mobile web devices also contributed the large segment of population to easily search information anywhere. Taking this as its starting point we are expecting a boom in web design. How complex is to design a website? Should I mention all possible subtopics related to the main niche of the website? How much content to include in a webpage design? This all depends on several factors associated with the features of the site. But in reality demand is rising and we need people to design websites. Here, I have listed 11 Ways to Show Your Website Some Love.

1. Update Your Theme – Changing your theme is an easy way to give your site a fresh new look. Try out the dozens of new theme options to see how they'll look on your site!

2. Experiment with Fonts – Fonts are a great way to personalize your site. And, with 20+ new options to choose from, you're sure to find something that suits your design style.

3. Refresh Your Content – You know all those things that you've been wanting to add to your site? Make them happen and bring your site up to date!

4. Showcase Your Photos – Learn how to use Photo Galleries & Slideshows to make your site more eye catching.

5. Tap into Facebook or Twitter – If you're active on Facebook or Twitter, be sure to connect them to your site for maximum impact.

6. Make it Easy for Visitors to Contact You – Add a contact form so people can easily get in touch with you.

7. Check Your Site Stats – Get to know your site stats and understand how much traffic is coming to your site

8. Optimize for Search Engines – Need more traffic? Make sure your site is search engine friendly and optimized for your current content.

9. Download the iPhone App – Make blog posts and check your site stats and form entries on the go!

10. Make it Easy for People to Find You – if your business or organization has a physical location, add a map so people can easily find you.

11. Density of interaction on web- Websites grow over the time. While we carefully plan the web content, there is always a room to add more content. The site gets updated frequently as we change the products, services, or marketing strategies. We increase the density of the website by adding multimedia content or text. This is very important to increase the density, which adds to the overall attractions of the site and therefore increases the probability of getting more visitors. For example, consider a website which provides Antique Car Models data. After two months of publication of the website, there is a steady increase of visitors. Then as a person in charge of that website you decide to offer more information and adds three points of interest: (i) Owners Associations of Antique Cars (ii) Antique Cars National Events, and (iii) Local Antique Car Clubs. By adding these three points of interest, you try to increase the density of the website which helps to get more traffic.

It is a fact that businesses with web presence have an advantage over those who still do not have any web presence. Access to information is becoming easier (e.g. portable multimedia devices) and nowadays it is more common to see people accessing the internet at any place to search their favorite topic. So having a good website can really help to get more exposure to your business. A webpage can be simple in design and still meet the visitors in terms of quality content.
And remember, if you have any questions or ever need to reach us, you can always visit our Contact Page.

Basic Social and Vocational Aims Of Education with Individual Uniqueness of Mind

Aims give direction to activities. Aims of education are formulated keeping in view the needs of situation. Human nature is multisided with multiple needs, which are related to life. Educational aims are correlated to ideals of life.

Basic Social and Vocational Aims Of Education with Individual Uniqueness of Mind

Ideals of life change from time to time. Ideals have impressed to teacher, philosophers and society to formulate suitable aims of education. Aims have been desirably modified. Out of several aims of education, individual and social aims are important.

Individual and Social Aims:

Individual aims and social aims are the most important aims of education. They are opposed to each other individual aims gives importance for the development of the individuality. Social aim gives importance to the development of society through individual not fulfilling his desire. But it will be seen that development of individuality assumes meaning only in a social environment.

Individual Aims

Sir Percy Nunn observes, “Nothing goods enters into the human world except in and through the free activities of individual men and women and that educational practice must be shaped the individual. Education should give scope to develop the inborn potentialities through maximum freedom.”

Because:

(1) Biologists believe that every individual is different from others. Every child is a new and unique product and a new experiment with life. Thompson says, “Education is for the individual”. Individual should be the center of all educational efforts and activities.

(2) Naturalists believe that central aim of education is the autonomous development of the individual. Rousseau said, “Everything is good as it comes from the hands of the Author of Nature, but everything degenerates in the hands of man.” God makes all things good, man meddles with them and they become evil. God creates everything good man makes it evil. So individual should be given maximum freedom for its own development.

(3) Psychologists believe that education is an individual process because of individual differences. No two individuals are alike. So education should be according to the interest of the individual.

Criticism of Individual Aim:

Individual aim is not desirable because man is a social animal. Society’s interest should be protected.

(1) Individual aim makes individual selfish.

(2) Maximum freedom may go against the society.

(3) Individuality cannot develop from a vacuum; it develops in a social atmosphere.

(4) Unless society develops, individual cannot develop.

(5) Who will recognize society- where individual is selfish?

Social Aim:

The supporters believe that society or state is supreme or real. The individual is only a means. The progress of the society is the aim of education. Education is a for the society and of the society. The function of education is for the welfare of the state. The state will make the individual as it desires. It prepares the individual to play different roles in society. Individuality has no value, and personality is meaningless apart from society. If society will develop individual will develop automatically. Here society plays an important role.

Criticism of Social Aim:

(1) It makes individual only a tool of government.

(2) It reduces individual to a mere non-entity.

(3) Society ignores the legitimate needs, desires and interests of the individual.

(4) It is against the development of individuality of the individual.

Synthesis between individual and social aims of education:

Individual aim and social aim of education go independently. Both are opposing to each other. It is not in reality. Neither the individual nor the society can exist. The individual is the product of the society while society finds its advancement in the development of its individual member.

Individual cannot develop in vacuum. According to John Adams, “Individuality requires a social medium to grow.”

T.P. Nunn says,” Individuality develops in social environment.”

Final Conclusion:

The true aim of education cannot be other than the highest development of the individual as a member of society. Let education burn the individual flame, feeding it with the oil of society.

Instant Difference Between A Mobile Website and Responsive Web Design

In the age of mobile devices such as the iPad, Galaxy Tab, and even full sized computers like the Macbook Air considered as such, it is not a surprise that many companies are having to adjust their websites to fit different screen sizes and devices. It is not something we often think about when we pick up our iPad and search a movie time and then head over to our computer to purchase the tickets.

Instant Difference Between A Mobile Website and Responsive Web Design

What’s the Difference Between A Mobile Website and Responsive Web Design?

The fact that the website still consists of the same links and pages but changes to fit your mobile screen is simply amazing. For that to happen, the developers of a website often employ two different types of web design, either a simple mobile website or something a bit more sophisticated called responsive web design. Though both types seem to do the same thing, there are some very big differences between the two.

A mobile website is generally much more easier to build and requires a lot less work to build, which is why website developers are able to convert it for a mobile devices within days of launching their full-sized website. Often times, a mobile web site is much cheaper because of the amount of work it takes to build it. We have all experienced a mobile web site in one way or another and sometimes it isn’t the most organized page to work with.

This is because of how mobile websites have one set design and they don’t fit to different screen sizes. An example of this is if you loaded a page on your iPhone and then looked at your iPad, you might notice that the page is still fitted for the screen of the iPhone. There is no real graphics experience necessary to build a mobile website so it is done pretty quickly and cheaply.

Responsive web design is very different from a mobile website and is usually much more expensive because of the skill and effort that it requires to get it set up. A website with responsive web design is when the graphics and text on a device adjust perfectly to the device you are using. It is not a simple coding process that you can add onto a mobile website. Instead, responsive web design requires you to build from the ground up and include all of the graphics from the full sized website. Responsive web design allows you to choose the locations of certain buttons and lets the developer determine how they would like their website to adjust to different devices.

Responsive web design is much more fluid and more advanced when compared to a simple mobile website. It is safe to say that responsive web design is generally where the internet is heading, with more and more sites choosing to upgrade instead of sticking to the general mobile website. The reason this is happening is because of the amount of control the developers have over the conversion to mobile. Though it is more of a process, the website comes out looking much better and more interactive. Ultimately, the benefits outweigh the costs if a business wants to engage customers in any way possible, namely with a user intuitive site that delivers the same experience across devices.

Mobile Website vs Responsive Design - CSS to the Rescue

Google took a definitive stance on the situation last June. Google stated that sites should serve all devices with the same set of URLs, meaning each URL should deliver the same HTML to every gadget accessing the page using only CSS to render the information.

Now we're talking about one version of your web site delivered to phones, iPads, tablets or laptops. Google has said their piece and the chore of updating multiple platforms just disappeared from your to-do list.

Why Google appreciates responsive design

This isn't difficult to understand. Your website will return better traffic numbers if it has only one URL for each page as opposed to the same page represented with multiple URLs. Publishing a mobile website vs responsive design configuration only dilutes your traffic and the all-knowing search engines will notice.

Search engines index responsive designs not apps

Staying with the simple-to-understand theme; we find that search engines don't index apps. If you have an app instead of a site with a responsive design, your site does not benefit from mobile visitors and the search engines can't find/explore the information on the app. A responsive design that delivers well-designed information on a mobile device will be found and indexed. Plus, the crawler, used by search engines, doesn't need to work as hard.

Shopping on a PC? That's so three years ago

Statistics from Google's Mobile Ads Blog show 79% of shoppers now use their phone for information while shopping, 70% use their phone in the store and 77% have directly contacted a business by mobile. The message here is mobile shouldn't be some add-on to your website and neither should your ads. As we explained, usage and traffic on a mobile app won't be indexed on search engines. If you're using a pay-per-click campaign, Google may not be able to place ads in your mobile app - like when someone is using their phone at the store. Deploying a mobile website vs responsive design is now costing you money.

Responsive design flexibility looks better

Have you noticed sites attempting to cater to tablets these days? Creating a site that caters to one visitor alienates another. Make your site "touch friendly" for the tablets and still usable for PC users with CSS and responsive design. Make buttons and calls to action bigger while keeping them normal on a desktop.

Responsive design is one more way we conquer the toughest challenges with potent creativity. Your business is next and we want to get started now. Don't lose the mobile website vs responsive design battle, contact the eNoxMedia team today.

Unlimited Free Phone Calls to India from PC to Mobile or PC to land line

Making free calls to India from within India and from outside India is no more a difficult task. There are several services that offer free calls from one app to another, installed on smartphones, tabs or PCs.

Other than that there are also VoIP services that offer free calls of certain duration when you subscribe to their monthly plans. Further, some offers or tricks keep coming where companies offer totally free calls to India without the need to subscribe to a paid plan. However, you may still need to input your credit card details at the time of registration… Lets discuss these one by one.

Methods of Making Free Calls to India by Resident Indians

If you are residing in India and want to make free calls to your friends (who also are living in India), then you have very limited options. Currently there are four genuine options:-
  • FreeKall is a new concept wherein any mobile user in India would be able to make free calls for 12 minutes even without Internet. All you need to do is, make a call to 080-49202060 or 080-67683693 after which the call will drop. Then you will receive a call on your number. Pick up the call and dial the number on which you want to make a call and you will be connected to that number. It is an advertisement supported service and you will hear a 10-second audio advertisements after every 2 minutes during the free call.
  • Register on http://www.fcall.in using your active mobile phone number in India and enjoy free calls to India for upto 4 minutes. This is advertisement supported free call service and users get this free calling service in exchange for opting in to have targeted ads displayed to them. This service can be used only for making personal calls to known persons. This service must not be used for selling a product or service or for any commercial purpose. Limit of 10 calls per day apply.
  • Register on site2sms.com using your mobile number and make maximum of 20 free calls of 2 minutes each per day. When you dial a number using this service, it will call that number first and as soon as your friend picks the phone call, it will then call your mobile and after you answer it, you both will be able to talk to each other free for 2 minutes. You can make a maximum of 20 such calls per day. The numbers registered for DND can not be called using this service.
  • Use Call2Friends to make PC to Phone free call of 50 seconds.
  • The most reliable option that I like the most is to use smartphone apps like Line, Skype, Fring, Talkonaut, Nimbuzz etc and make calls from one smartphone to another using internet connection. For this to succeed its important that both the call maker and call receiver have smartphones with desired messenger app and internet activated in their mobiles.
When using this option, it is advisable to have unlimited 3G plan activated on your mobile like the Rupees 198 plan of Aircel that offers 1GB 3G data and 1.5 GB 2G data and then unlimited @ 40kbps. Or use a prepaid sim when subscribing to a limited usage plan.

Methods of Making Free Calls to India by Non Resident Indians

If you are not living in India and want to make calls to Indian landline and mobile numbers from abroad, then first you must check if VoIP is allowed in your country of residence. In some Arab countries it is illegal to make VoIP Calls. So, be careful.

Totally Free Calls:

For making free calls to India from overseas, you can use services of many voip and calling card companies. Most of these companies provide free calls of limited duration and may be advertisement supported. Remember these services are only for people residing and calling from other countries like USA, Canada, Europe, France, Australia etc.

How to Set Up Godaddy Custom Domain in Google's Blogger

Our web today is a wonderful place. It's increasingly become a knowledge hub for strollers around the globe. And you know what the best part is? It does not have a religion, race or color, that's where perhaps its strength lies in. Point being, no matter what you are after, from details of products to how to use them, from fruit varieties to language origins, from how to hack Facebook account to how to set up a custom domain name in Blogger. Each and everything is there, in abundance and easily available. Now I know you are here to understand how you can setup/host your custom domain on your Blogger account. So let's get on with it, without further delay.

Before we start

It's important that you realize, it isn't difficult to add a custom domain into your blogger account. If you are a blogger, it's perfect if you already own your own blog, it shows your passion and love for blogging and provides you with freedom to move from one platform to another, when and if you need. Also from users perspective, it's much easier for them to remember and visit your blog at customized address like myblog.com than myblog.blogspot.com.

One of the best things about Blogger is that it does not push you to host your site with blogger. It is entirely your own choice to choose from either of two hosting plans 'hosting on BlogSpot' with address myblog.blogspot.com, or going with a custom domain with address myblog.com.

Some Popular Web Hosting Sites:

If you don't already have purchased yourself a custom domain, these are the places that you should be looking for to get one:

- EasyDNS

- 1and1

- GoDaddy.com

- Yahoo! Small Business

- No-IP

- ix web hosting

So now if you have bought yourself a domain, from either of these you would have an IP address and a name. Let's assume our is 'mynewdomain'.com.

Well, it's time to start adding a custom domain to your blogger account.

Remember:

Here we are using setup for GoDaddy.com, the most popular domain name provider. For custom domains from other sites, the steps are almost same, so don't vanish.

Setting Up Blogger Custom Domain

Step 1. Login to your Blogger account at www.blogger.com.

Step 2. Click on your blog and then go to "Settings", choose "Basic".

Step 3. Under "Publishing" section, click "+ Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog".

Step 4. Under "Third-party domain settings" next to "http://" type your domain that you just purchased and make sure that you don't forget to add the "www" prefix to the domain name.

Step 5. Click "View settings instructions" to get the blogger's official instructions. On the Blogger instruction page, choose the "On a top-level domain (www.example.com)" option.

Step 6. Under the point 9 of instructions, 4 IP addresses will be given, copy and save all 4 of them.

Step 7. Go back to your Blogger Settings and press Save. It won't get saved and an error will appear saying 'We have not been able to verify your authority to this domain. Error 32.'

Step 8. Under the error, you will see two fields "Name, Label or Host Field" and "Destination, target, or Points To" field. Copy data of both rows from these fields.

Step 9. Now log in to your GoDaddy.com account and click on "My account" on the upper right corner > select "Manage my Domains".

Step 10. Here you should see your purchased domain name > just click on your domain name.

Step 11. Click on the "DNS Zone File" tab next to Settings and choose "Use Classic DNS Manager".

Step 12. Next, click the "Edit" button to edit your DNS Zone File.

Step 13. Under the "CNAME (Alias)" menu, click "Quick Add" button at the bottom of the screen (see image 1 in the below screnshoot).

Step 14. In the Edit box that now appeared, enter "www" in the first box and "ghs.google.com" in the second.

Step 15. Click "Quick Add" again and enter details from second row of the data we saved in step 8.

Step 16. Under the "A (Host)" menu, again choose Quick Add (see the below image).

Step 17. Host will be @ and the "Points to" value should be the one provided by Google IPs, saved in step 6 above. These are the Google IPs that you should get:

216.239.32.21

216.239.34.21

216.239.36.21

216.239.38.21

Step 18. Add all 4 of them one by one and delete old host as you won't need it anymore.

Step 19. At the top of the page, click on the "Save Zone File" button to save your setings.

Step 20. Now go back to Blogger and try to save settings again. The registration process takes 24-48 hours, so don't worry if you get an error again. Come again later to Blogger after 24-48 hours, repeat step 2 to 4, press Save and the error should be gone.

Step 21. After your URL starts working, click on the "Edit" link next to domain name on setting page.

Step 22. Check the "Redirect... to..." checkbox below your site address to ensure that even if the visitors will miss out the www part, they will still be able to reach your site.

Step 23. And that's it. Enjoy your new URL!

So this was easy, right? Only a handful of steps and we have successfully completed our mission of adding our custom domain in our blogger account. In case you haven't yet, stay patient wait for 2 days and try again. Or repeat steps 1-22, and make sure you don't miss any. Otherwise your new URL is ready and all set to roam around the wonderful world of web.
