Perambur Kumar Google Adsense and Tony John with Disable Factors Discussion

Perambur Kumar who is also known as Blogstar Kumar and some time he is known as Krishna Kumar. There is no doubt, he knows a little bit more than about Google as we normal bloggers know. Recently it is seen his status update in Facebook about his Google Adsense disable factors. Just the conversation for our readers.

Perambur Kumar Google Adsense and Tony John with Disable Factors Discussion

My AdSense Account Disabled today after 5 years (For No Specific Reason) and YouTube Partner Account also Disabled. What the hell is going on inside Google I don’t know. Lets wait and watch.
Why this Partiality by Google?
1. If someone experimenting with Ad Placements (AdSense) Google should allow to carry on. But Google disable adsense account is not a good practice. If probloggers struggle to place their ads in the right place in their sites. Google AdSense Team visit their sites and give the same advice has I done already with my experiment then it is acceptable. What is this? If I place the ads next to image or my video then according to Google it’s wrong. The same thing if Google adsense team visited the problogger sites and gave the same advice then it’s right.
2. If referring sites doing the same it’s right, when smaller websites like us doing means it’s wrong. Why this double standard by Google?
3. Google adsense sent e-mail to me “You’re focusing too much on adsense placement rather than concentrate on your content and you also made your site audience to do the same, this is against our adsense policies”. My answer, What is the real purpose of Google adsense program? if someone click the ads and visit the advertisers websites only concept of this program. But Google says it’s wrong. When I place the ad above and below the post (the readers far from reach) then nobody click those ads. I want to know whether Google wants clicks or not or only impressions for ads. If Google ready to pay for every 1000 impressions then I am ready to put all the ads in the footer of my sites.
4. I request the Google to come up with some set of rules on this. The rules should be common to all.
5. I saw some of the websites putting their ads below the post title. I don’t think people will click those ads. It’s forever in that place. Only impression counts nobody click those ads. In the same way 468×60 header banner also nobody clicks. Then what is the use of this ad unit size. These two ad places people clearly knows these are ads and we don’t clicks those ads. If this is the case only option left now is we have to place the ads between the two paragraph or at the end of the post but Google says it’s wrong. Google team also said when audience reading the post they can’t distract with these ads once they finish reading article then you can put ads. I don’t know what to do now for this never ending problem with Google. Give your valuable feedback below.
Important Note #1 : Google only wants Impressions and Backlinks from our sites and they want clicks from Probloggers and Bigger sites. Is it correct on Google Part? tell me.
Important Note #2 : Some of the websites when readers enter their sites suddenly one pop-up box open users will 2 adsense ad units 300×250 two ads. The close button is almost invisible without clicking they cannot enter the site. Is it right on Google part, if we do the same immediately next morning you will receive adsense disabled for your account message email. What the hell is this?
Latha Rani:
Yes, the worst Google( i called worst Google because it shows always partiality only on Indians, recently one of my friends account was disabled, they send invalid activity, he did’t know what is invalid activity, one viewer click 2 times on one add that is the reason , funny 2 click on one add what is this, he don’t know who click on adds, but the Worst Google disabled, what is the thinking of google, they told adult content is not accepted, but in many sites full of adult content google ads are show on that sites, y this type of behavior show google, I upload a video it is my own, I shot in hyd India cricket match, only i shot Dhoni walking style, after one year i recieved a mail that is third party video y we blocked your account, what is this, so any how The worst Google do same and same past, present, and future also…
Bharath Subramanyam :
Latha Rani, you have false thoughts about Google. it is wellknown to every one that if you extremely target insurance niche or make money niche then obviously there are all chances.. and Google does not block any adsense if a person click the ads twice.. except if it is encouraged to do so.. how did you come to know that your friends adsense was blocked because of a guy clicking the ads twice..! because your friend has encouraged his friend to click on ads. thats it.. and regarding the video you should have filed an appeal to google regarding the same if the video really belongs to you..
Bharath Subramanyam:
One thing I want to clear to all you guys, don’t start point out the negatives on anyone or any company just because you have been the victim of it. Most of the bloggers clearly know, and @Krishna Kumar, when comparing your website with other bigshots the percentage of visitors are just 2 or 3 percent for them.. and when considering your sites there are almost 90 percent of visitors who come to your site reading about adsense, but I agree that Google should have given you warning or blocked that particular website.. but lets hope for good in future..
Royal Prabhat:
The 5th point is completely wrong. The ad below post title gets highest CTR. and also putting ad besides images and videos is not valid. Its not like everyome gets banned but if Google Finds out that someone is breaking the rules, you get banned. And for your impotant notes- Google doesnt want backlinks from you. They want genuine clicks and the popup you see when visiting a particular site are there because those are premium AdSense publishers. If they are not then they will eventually get banned.
Krishna Kumar:
who said ads below post title get high CTR. I put that ad infact almost for more than 4 years but it’s not high ctr for your kind information don’t follow what other says try yourself and say.

Royal Prabhat :
LOL , you are telling me to try this..it depends on your traffic. I have received as high as 12000 clicks in a day and almost 20-30% of clicks were from those ads below title. And this is not a story of ome day only. The same happened for almost 4 months. Also for YOUR kind information AdSense team called me and they said that ads below title gets highest CTR but dont put two ads near to each other. Your case might be different. maybe you are getting less clicks .
Tony John :
Let me try to answer some of your questions.

1. If someone experimenting with Ad Placements (AdSense) Google should allow to carry on. But Google disable adsense account is not a good practice. If probloggers struggle to place their ads in the rightplace in their sites. Google AdSense Team visit their sites and give the same advice has I done already with my experiment then it is acceptable. What is this? If I place the ads next to image or my video then according to Google it’s wrong. The same thing if Google adsense team visited the problogger sites and gave the same advice then it’s right.

>> AdWords/AdSense is a serious business where millions of dollars are involved. An AdWords publisher is spending his money to get sales and conversions and not to become victim of our “experiments”. Google has CLEARLY stated what you can do and you cannot do with AdSense. You can experiment various placements etc but not the kind of experiment you are describing. As far as I understand, you had a group of people involved in your “experiments”, which is obviously against the Google policies. (“You scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours ” kind of thing)

2. If referring sites doing the same it’s right, when smaller websites like us doing means it’s wrong. Why this double standard by Google?

>> To an extend, Google excuses some minor violations from big publishers. But remember big publishers never get involved in “click fraud” kind of things. Generally, they experiment with placements etc that may lead to more clicks. However, as far as I understand, Google will not disable even small publishers for such small mistakes. Instead, they do give warnings. To my knowledge, the only issue that leads to a “ban” is “click fraud”.

>> Did Google really sent you an email saying “You’re focusing too much on adsense placement rather than concentrate on your content and you also made your site audience to do the same, this is against our adsense policies”? It doesn’t like a usual email from Google. How will Google ever know you are focusing too much on placement than content? Or, could it be possible that some of your messages/mails to your experiment team was forwarded to Google by one of those buddies, which resulted in a manual audit? Anyways, chances of such an email from Google is very very low. Can you publish the full content of the email?

4. I request the Google to come up with some set of rules on this. The rules should be common to all.

>> The rules are same for everyone. But just like any other business, good partners get special consideration. I do agree that a lot of innocent Indian AdSense publishers became victim of click bombing and fraud clicks but unfortunately, the reason is the bad name earned by Indian (Asian) AdSense publishers by participating in click frauds, click exchanges and so on.

>> Placing Ads just below the title will probably get the highest CTR but depending on the text in the title, that could be a violation of AdSense policies. For example, consider the title “Download Windows registry cleaner”. And if there an Ad just below that title about some such tools, that will mislead users that the ads are actually the download links in your page and hence that is a violation. It is always better to avoid such placements.

Important Note #1 : Google only wants Impressions and Backlinks from our sites and they want clicks from Probloggers and Bigger sites. Is it correct on Google Part? tell me.

>> The links in the Ads are generated dynamically from the scripts and they are not Backlinks. Moreover, there are lot of AdSense ads which are impression based.

>> They are definitely violation and it is a matter of time they start complaining about Google.

My sincere advice to you is, stop complaining about Google. It is a wonderful company which made the platform for thousands of bloggers to work from home and earn a decent money. I could retire at the age of 40 and return to India without worrying about a job only because of Google.

Let us work together and discuss options to help you get your AdSense back. Posting complaints about Google publicly will reduce your chances of getting your AdSense back.

Editor’s picks: It is admired that Google is more genius than we so called probloggers and IT experts! If we want to go with Google then we must obey their Terms of Services and Policies by any means.

Never Ending Successful SEO For Content Based Business

In case you have a blog of your own that you want to draw attention to, or if you are running a small business and want to try to increase its online exposure on your own, you might want to try and do a bit of search engine optimization. Naturally, if you need a more complex or extensive campaign, hiring a pro would be your best bet, but there are some things that you can try to do on your own. We have put together a list of essential steps in every potentially successful SEO campaign, to at least give you an idea of what would be involved.

Successful SEO For Content Based Business

Drafting a Successful SEO Strategy

Hot Searched Keyword Research

Before even thinking about optimizing your site for a set of keywords, you need to know which keywords you need to focus on. Use common sense to pick some keyword variations relevant to your website, which could not only bring traffic, but ensure conversion (where applicable).  Google offers highly useful, specialized keyword tools that can help you determine how often certain keywords are entered as queries and what would the competition for them be like.
Once you have an idea of which words or phrases you want to compete for, you can move on to the next step.

Daily Competitor Research

During the first step, you must have come across numerous websites that are highly ranked for the words you are interested in. Analyzing their approach to SEO, content, interactions with the audience and other aspects of their website might give you valuable insights on what you might want to do with your website.  As we are focusing on the SEO part, you’ll need to use one of backlink checking tools, like Open Site Explorer, for instance, and get their entire back link portfolio. The links leading to your competitor will be valuable leads for your own campaign, but instead of just trying to mimic someone’s portfolio, use the links as a guideline for your own campaign.

Real Time Onsite Optimization

One aspect of SEO that is frequently ignored by laymen trying to dabble in the discipline, and that is at least as essential as other steps. Onsite optimization includes everything that you can do to your website, from internal linking structure to meta tags and titles, that will make it easier for crawler to find you, index your website, and recommend you over other choices.

Evergreen Content Creation

If you have even mentioned SEO to one person who knows anything about it, chances are that you have heard the phrase ‘Content is king’. This was always true, and is becoming even more pronounced with the Hummingbird update. Make sure that you are providing your audience with interesting, relevant, high quality content, and they’ll be doing your promotion for you.

Expertness of Outreach

Once you have everything set up and you are regularly providing interesting content, you can begin advertising. This includes everything from reaching out to blogs in your niche and offering or accepting guest posts, through social media exposure, to trying to get other relevant sites to give you a link. This part of the campaign never ends, and if done properly could have great influence on your rankings.

Best Effort to Get an Online Advertising Consultant

It is a headache for many business owners figuring out of the many online advertising consultants to hire to help for success in marketing to get new customers which can be a difficult and time consuming process around the globe.

Best Effort to Get an Online Advertising Consultant

FetchLocalCustomer | Local Online Advertising | Local Online Marketing
There are a large numbers of factors in choosing of advertising consultant. Today’s article tries to find out some critical parameters to consider that will help to make correct choice and it makes a little less difficult to get success in small business and marketing.

1. Consultant providing Size and Types of Businesses:

This comes to consultants with or without experience for desire industry which may be a tricky point for a business owner. While the principles of online advertising are similar for all businesses which is not correct, there are differences among same business due to geographical locations, so it makes sense to hire a company that has experience dealing with businesses like desire one or desire location but not exactly like proposed. It sees, too narrow a focus can be problematical as well. Be wary of companies that serve only a very narrow niche because their approach may be run of the mill and not let proposed business special qualities shine.

2. Consultant is not a competitor:

It is too narrow of focus can also lead to being removed from broader marketing trends and this can lead to dated, sub-optimal approaches for local or international marketing towards proposed business.

3. Pay Per Click along with Search Engine Optimization:

It is sure that there is more to online advertising than Pay-Per-Click and SEO industry (organic search marketing) but they are the two largest factors for present days’ business and marketing, most well proven online advertising tactics and consultants typically specialize in one or the other for proposed or desire business and marketing field. It is sure that both strategies can deliver good results when they are done instantly or correctly, it is an increasing body of evidence for the purpose in marketing as the local customers are not paying attention to PPC advertisements even while Pay-Per-Click costs are on the rise to higher levels. Therefore business owner will served best by choosing an advertising consultant who has expertise leveraging the more trusted organic side of search as the back bone of desire online marketing and advertising strategy.

4. Simple Turnkey System:

Some may be doubted about on this idea but yes, it needs a Turn-Key System! Business owners are likely already performing too many roles in own business. So the last thing needs in online advertising consultant who gives owner even more to do for growth of business.
It is yet unless business owner is careful which may get an additional role to play when it brings the wrong online marketing consultation board. Here my experience say that many “consultants” are great at telling business owners “what to do” but not so great at actually “doing” what needs to get done for business success.
When interviewing with a potential consultants ask them how their team goes about creating content, how much work owner will be doing, how much of time they will need and how much of the project they will do without owner (or resident staff) needing to be involved.

5. Independent ability of consultant:

Business owner should only hire a consultant who has a process in place that keeps the amount of-time for owner’s need to be involved to an absolute minimum so that it can continue to focus on running proposed business and taking care of clients and customers.

6. Deep Depth of Experience:

It needs to confirm that the consultant whom is considering to hire has a broad level of experience and expertise. It can look for a wide experience based in a number of firms, numerous industries, and company sizes and look for deep depth of experience as well from his/her previous projects. If the consultant only has experience in one industry or only one facet of advertising or marketing then it should have a low confidence level that this person has the full experience range and resource level necessary to pull together a complete advertising and marketing solution for proposed business and marketing strategies. Conversely, if the consultant has experience in a variety of markets and related areas of business such as developing sales strategies, services marketing and even pricing then business owner can feel highly confident that the challenges unique to proposed business will be well within the consultant’s grasp and comfort level. However, it only makes sense that the consultant will understand how each piece of marketing or advertising fits into the larger strategy of growing profits and getting more new customers and force them to re visit to the business.

7. Make difference between Campaigns and Advertising methods:

Campaign is a small part of large advertising methods which process small deal. So, this point is probably the most critical when choosing an online advertising consultant, so please pay close attention on it. A website, PPC (pay per click) advertising, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), article marketing (guest posting), email marketing (regular/monthly) and social media marketing (major social media profiles management) are tactics to complete Marketing and Advertising systems. Cobbling a bunch of different tactics together is an easy way to give the appearance of progress while simultaneously burning invested dollars and not likely getting much in the way of results.

Author’s view:

As an Online marketing and advertising consultant, I have seen lots of different angels and strategies from business owners and co-consultants. Last 6 years, has forced me to realize that there are no permanent strategies in advertising consultation and advertising methods. So, I strongly encourage business owners to have the consultant whom is considering demonstrate to owner exactly how their system (team) handles the marketing and advertising methods such generating traffic, converting traffic to customers and creating nurturing conversations with research oriented potential customers. Do not settle for anything less than a complete marketing system which will be putting business owners’ online advertising investment at risk and maybe the future growth of proposed business as well.

  • 25+ Core Factors for Improving Job-seekers Resume

So you picked a degree in a career field you thought you’d love, but a few years into the daily grind, you’re no longer feeling it. What can you do when all your education and experience is in one field, but you know in your gut it’s time to move on? Don’t despair — you’re not the first person to find yourself in this pickle.  Believe it or not, you can transfer plenty of skills from your field to your next dream job. And if you’re on the lookout for a drastic career change, quite a few unexpected jobs pay surprisingly well.
25+ Core Factors for Improving Job-seekers Resume 25+ Core Factors for Improving Job-seekers Resume
Here are 26 of the top transferable skills all employers want and how you can mine them from your experience, no matter how distant your ideal job seems from your current career:
    1. You know how to keep lines of communication open.
Whether your experience has been arguing criminal cases in front of a jury or fielding customer complaints at a call center, your communication skills will serve you well as a career changer.
Being able to clearly communicate your thoughts, ideas and suggestions is valued in every workplace. In addition, if you’re adept at reading people and tweaking your communication style to meet the needs of those you work with, you’ll become invaluable to whatever organization you want to join.
Think of what your colleagues, clients and supervisors would say about your communication skills, and translate that praise into your resume and interviewing plan of attack.
    2. You can organize, manage, and lead teams efficiently.
Even if the only group you’ve had the chance to lead was your son’s little league team, your ability to lead a group, organize different players and manage unexpected situations — like rain or wardrobe malfunctions — will serve you well as you change careers.
Think back on your career for times when you were selected to lead a project, discussion or committee. Don’t rule out any time when you were able to take charge and facilitate a positive outcome.
Find ways to share examples from a universal perspective. Identify specific skills and outcomes rather than the tasks you performed. For example, you could say, “Led a team of 12 people to successfully meet and exceed goals for three quarters” rather than explaining the technical details of your work as an accountant, office manager or other specific position.
Your ability to broadly highlight your leadership and management abilities will put you at the top of the list in your new job search.
    3. You naturally go the extra mile.
Being willing to do more than you’re asked — as well as the ability to anticipate the needs of your boss, customers or colleagues — are key factors to success in any industry. Identify examples of when you went above and beyond.
It could have been taking on an extra project, putting in extra hours or extending your patience to help train the new recruit. Highlight those examples, and be as specific as possible without pigeonholing yourself in the field you’re leaving.
If you received any service awards or other acknowledgment for your efforts, be sure to include those details in an “Awards and Recognitions” section on your resume.
    4. Your passion drives your performance.
Chances are there’s something about the job you’re leaving that you feel passionately about — there’s a reason you chose it in the first place. Identify those core elements that drove you into this field and isolate their value to your new field.
If you chose journalism because you love telling stories, but you’re burned out on chasing ambulances and legislative upsets, maybe you can parlay that love into working at your local library, social media management or Web marketing. Find a company, hobby or interest you enjoy and translate your storytelling skills into telling that story instead of dissecting the traumas and tribulations of the world.
    5. You’re a pro at wearing many hats.
All the clich├ęs about juggling and hats come into play when you’re switching fields. If your job gave you the chance to fulfill more than one role at your company — such as managing both the marketing and the HR departments — highlight that experience when applying for jobs.
These skills are crucial, especially if you’re drawn to working for a non-profit or becoming a teacher, two of the hottest fields for career jumpers. In smaller companies and classrooms, you need to be able to manage more than one task at a time without losing sight of your ultimate goal — or losing control of your charges.
    6. You can be counted on.
Believe it or not, your perfect attendance record and wasted vacation days can be a top selling point, no matter how big a jump your move from accountant to massage therapist seems. Just like clients need their taxes filed on time, clients also want a massage therapist to begin and end their $100 massage on time.
    7. Information on a resume should be listed in order of importance to the reader – your strengths, accomplishments should come first. Title/Position is most important so always list that first, then Company, Location, Dates.
    8. Create a personal branding statement that describes who you are, your greatest strength, and what benefit you bring to your future employer.
    9. Identify what makes you uniquely qualified for a position – a qualifications summary can catch a recruiter’s eye and get them to read more carefully
    10. Keep it short and pithy to catch a recruiter’s eye.
    11. Use strong concrete verbs to describe what you did.
    12. Use a bulleted, easy to read format rather than a paragraph style. It will make your strengths stand out.
    13. Write your resume for the job you want – highlight past skills and experience that fit what you want to do.
    14. Keep it to 2 pages, maximum.
    15. Make your resume accomplishments driven, not responsibilities driven. Quantify wherever possible.
    16. Focus on the last 10-15 years of experience; you don’t need to list early jobs unless they show skills and achievements that apply to the job you want – then only include those key facts.
    17. Put jobs in reverse chronological order – most recent first.
    18. Don’t put anything on your resume that you did not personally do.
    19. Use a clear font – like Arial/Times New Roman/Georgia at an 11 point size. Avoid fluff, extra words, run on descriptions, and redundancy. Keep it clean and easy to read.
    20. Include you education – school, program, any relevant classes that directly relate to the position you are applying for.
    21. Be sure that any jargon you use in your resume is common knowledge. For students – if you are part of campus organizations you may need to explain more than just the name. For tech workers – make sure you use all acronyms consistently – don’t use UNIX and later Unix.
    22. Do not use italics, script, shading, colors; do use bold and indents sparingly.
    23. Do not use internal product names, use descriptions but make them brief.
    24. Spell check your resume by printing it and reading it aloud. Have a friend proofread it to catch any mistakes you may have overlooked.
    25. Edit and format carefully. You can even hire someone to do it for you, it’s worth the expense.
